When someone has a miscarriage, it's often hard to know what to say or do. For the person who suffers the miscarriage, it can be an isolating and very emotional time. After having a miscarriage at 11 weeks, Maureen Day decided part of her healing process would be to help others. In 2002, she started a non-profit project called Heaven Born. This group offers handmade pillows for early miscarriage losses.
