Moving past a miscarriageA miscarriage can be a devastating blow that can shatter a couple’s hopes and dreams of having a child, explains Mayanja Kajumba, a psychologist at Makerere University.

He adds that at seven months, a woman is safe from a miscarriage, as the foetus at this age can survive although it is still considered a premature baby. While trying again for another baby may be the last thing on a couple’s minds, for others, it is their way of dealing with the loss.
