My friend, Debbie, just had an ultrasound and they told her her baby was a "Blighted Ovum". That it wasn't a real baby.
I believe that all losses were babies, no matter the name that the medical profession gives to it. It was a baby in your mind, in your heart. It was a real baby to you. One that you wanted and one that you were looking forward to having.
