Help for grieving fathers

A counselling scheme set up by the Bonnie Babes Foundation has doubled in size in the past five years.

Thousands of fathers across the country now receive tailored counselling and grief management each year.

Bonnie Babes founder Rachel Standfield-Porter said, traditionally, fathers supported their partners and kept their own feelings private after the loss of a baby at birth or during pregnancy -- but now there was growing recognition of fathers' needs.
